City Property Tax Rate to Remain Constant

Wastewater Cash Flow Projections & Proposed Pretreatment Fee Justification Now Available
According to A.R.S. 9-511.01, any municipality seeking to increase wastewater rates or rate components must supply data supporting the increased rate as well as cash flow projections listing all anticipated revenues from residential and non-residential customers and overall wastewater expenses at least thirty days prior to the city’s scheduled public hearing on the proposed rate increase. The FY 2017-2018 Tentative Budget and Council Presentation is Now Available
On June 19th, the City Council adopted the FY 2017-2018 Tentative Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.
